Shipping & Delivery Policy

Khata Billing is a 100% digital, cloud-based SaaS (Software as a Service) platform. There are no physical products, CDs, hardware, or printed materials associated with any Khata Billing subscription or purchase. Therefore, traditional shipping and courier delivery are not applicable to our services.

This policy describes how digital access to Khata Billing is delivered to you after purchase or registration.

1. Instant Digital Access — No Waiting

Upon successful registration or subscription payment, your Khata Billing account is activated immediately and automatically. You will receive access to the full platform features as per your selected plan within minutes of your payment being confirmed.

Access is delivered digitally in the following ways:

• Web App: Access your Khata Billing account by logging in at khatabilling.com using your registered mobile number and password — immediately after account creation.

• Mobile App: Download the Khata Billing app from the Google Play Store and log in using the same credentials. No separate delivery or installation file is required.

• Confirmation: A subscription confirmation and payment receipt will be sent to your registered email address or via SMS/WhatsApp to your registered mobile number within a few minutes of payment processing.

2. What Is "Delivered" with Your Subscription

Your Khata Billing subscription provides you with digital access to the following (as per your plan):

• Full access to GST Billing & Invoice generation features

• Stock and inventory management module

• POS (Point of Sale) functionality (based on plan)

• Staff & payroll management features

• Banking & accounting tools

• Customer support access for the duration of your subscription

• Cloud data storage — your data is securely accessible from any device

All of the above is delivered digitally and accessible immediately. No CD, USB, hardware device, or physical product will be shipped to you.

3. Delivery Timeline for Payments

In rare cases, payment gateway processing delays may extend activation beyond the above estimates. If your account is not activated within the stated timeframe, please contact us immediately (see below).

4. If You Do Not Receive Access

If your payment was successful but you are unable to access your account or did not receive your confirmation, please follow these steps:

• Step 1: Check your registered email inbox (including spam/junk folders) and SMS/WhatsApp for the confirmation message.

• Step 2: Try logging in at khatabilling.com with your registered mobile number. Your account may already be active.

• Step 3: If you still cannot access your account, contact our support team at khatabilling@gmail.com with your registered mobile number and payment reference/transaction ID. We will resolve the issue within 1 business day.

5. No Physical Shipping — Ever

Khata Billing does not sell or ship any physical products, books, hardware, or printed invoices to customers. If anyone approaches you claiming to deliver a physical Khata Billing product, treat it as fraudulent and report it to us at khatabilling@gmail.com.
