How It Works
Upload a blank cheque
Open Cheque Print → Template Setup and upload a flat, clear scan or photo of a blank cheque leaf (JPG or PNG).
Pin the fields
Click on the image to place Payee name, Date, Amount in Figures and Amount in Words, enter the cheque’s physical width and save the template.

Who It Is For
Good to Know
- Cheque images are stored in your own account folder.
- Templates are per bank; create a new one if your bank changes its cheque layout.
- Printing goes through your browser and printer driver, so do a test print on plain paper first.
- Staff need the cheque permission to open Cheque Print.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which banks are supported?
Any Indian bank. You create the template from a scan of your own blank cheque, so the layout always matches your bank.
Do I have to type the amount in words?
No. Enter the amount in figures and the amount in words is generated automatically in Indian number format (lakh, crore).
What if the printed text is slightly off?
Use the X / Y offset fields to move the text a little and print again. A flatbed scan and a straight photo give the best alignment.
Can I keep templates for more than one bank?
Yes. Save one template for each bank — SBI, HDFC, ICICI or any other — and pick it when printing.
